Can customers look at all t he frames to make their decisions.

It would be eaier to have a variation options for one image so that you don't have to send an email separately fo reach package. I.e., they could look under their name and see all the frame options.

Rather than scrolling on the left for each frame, it would be great to have a pop up window to peruse all the frames easily.

For the Sharing question, you could share several frames and only choose to email your customer once. This will generate one email, but when the customer logs in they will see ALL of the shared packages.

Regarding the question of left-side UI versus having more spacious popups, that's something we can consider as time goes on and after analyzing what's best. Thanks for your comments!!!

Thank you for anserwing that question deztech. We welcome any and all questions/comments about EasyFrameOnline as this will help us improve the application for your use. Our goal is to create as effective a sales tool for you, our customers. Anyone else?

Although I enjoy the new option for ordering frames, however, I can't see this website being a useful tool for our studio. It is too cumbersome to move through, for example, you have to nagivate through too many inputs to get to the heart of the sale.

It would be easier to enter clients name, then just simply select what format of frame I am shopping for. Once chosen, the options display themselves on the left in a simply drop down method.

I am not comfortable uploading my images to the internet nor do I want to do business strictly through email or internet basis. I would prefer to use this as sales tool during the appointment, not after.

Hello 'anonymous'. Thank you for posting your comment. EasyFrameOnline was designed to give professional photographers as much control over the custom packages they create as possible, hence all of the different steps you have to go through. Obviously, the less components your particular format has, the less steps you'll have to go through. Part of our plan is to include our pre-designed Custom Presentation Packages (CPP's) on the application so that all you would have to do is select them and then insert your photos. This should be a time-saving tool for those customers looking for a CPP already in our catalog.

You also mention not feeling comfortable placing or transferring your images on the internet. We developed the application as a web-based tool to give access to both PC and Mac users. The fact that it is online also gives you the comfort of knowing that you are always using the latest version. You do not have to worry about discontinued items, updated pricing, etc. Also, your images are safe on our secure server. Many professional photographers send their images to their labs or to their digital album providers through the net. This is really no different than any of those 2 scenarios.

Finally, the application is designed to be used with your customer present as well. You may choose to display retail pricing based on your pre-determined margin or you may choose not to show any pricing at all. The site includes a section where your customers can review a package ONLY if you choose to let them do so. This proves useful for photographers who are not able to present the framing process to their customers at the initial time of sale.

I hope this comment gives you a better sense of how the application was designed and how you may be able to benefit from it.

Thanks again for posting!

It would be nice to be able to put together one of the multi-opening mat custom presentation packages. Many of my customers like to do this option

Thanks for writing! Actually, the Multi-Opening Mat (EXMO) presentation packages will be up and available for you to use through EasyFrameOnline in March. They are the last major package type that we are missing. We are very excited to release this last package type as the application will not only be able to suggest different components (mouldings, mats, etc..) but also different formats depending on what you are framing.

Please look out for our upcoming March EasyFrameOnline newsletter for more information...

Hi - I'm wondering about stacking. I see in the custom packages, you can stack 2 frames, but there is no option for stacked frames AND mats/liners/fillets. It would be REALLY COOL if there were checkboxes for the type of format we want, for those complex designs. For example, stack 2 mouldings, liner, fillet, mat, fillet, mat, fillet. AND what if I want to use liners for my openings instead of mats (as shown on page 7 of the catalog)? I currently can't order that
